Payment, security & delivery

Updated: 11 September 2026. The website operator is LETISIM LTD, company No. 17442254, registered in England and Wales. HOMIFY FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE TRADING CO. L.L.C (Dubai, UAE) remains the seller and merchant where it is identified at checkout or on the payment document. This document supplements the Terms of Service.

Payment methods

Available payment methods depend on the market and appear directly at checkout. If a method is not shown or its button is unavailable, it is not yet enabled for that purchase. The final amount, charge currency and payment provider are identified before confirmation.

Payment security

• Payment credentials are entered in the interface of the provider identified before payment.
• LetiSim does not ask by email or chat for a full card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, PIN or bank-message code.
• We receive data needed to confirm, reconcile and refund a payment; see the Privacy Policy.

eSIM delivery

• An eSIM is a digital product; no physical shipping is needed.
• Issuance starts after payment confirmation. Once issuance succeeds, the QR, link and/or installation code become available in the app and are sent to the email provided where the order supports email delivery.
• The order status shows whether payment was confirmed, issuance is in progress or the eSIM is ready. If issuance is delayed, you may close the screen and return to the order later.
• Installation follows the in-app guide, which works offline.

Receipt and confirmation

Order confirmation and the applicable payment document are prepared under applicable law and sent using the order contact details. A currency you select does not change with the interface language; the exact charge currency is always stated before payment.

Refunds

Refund terms are in the Refund Policy. If an eSIM is not issued or does not work through our fault, we refund or re-issue it free of charge.
