Способы оплаты
Доступные способы оплаты зависят от рынка и показываются непосредственно на экране заказа. Если способ оплаты не показан или кнопка недоступна, он ещё не подключён для этой покупки. Итоговая сумма, валюта списания и платёжный провайдер указываются до подтверждения.
Безопасность платежей
Ввод платёжных реквизитов происходит в интерфейсе платёжного провайдера, указанного перед оплатой.
ЛетиСим не запрашивает по email или в чате полный номер карты, срок действия, CVC/CVV, PIN или код из банковского сообщения.

Доставка eSIM
eSIM — цифровой товар, физическая доставка не требуется.
После подтверждения оплаты начинается выпуск. После успешного выпуска QR-код, ссылка и/или код установки становятся доступны в приложении и направляются на указанный email, если это предусмотрено заказом.
Статус заказа показывает, подтверждена ли оплата, идёт ли выпуск или eSIM готова. При задержке можно закрыть экран и вернуться к заказу позже.
Установка — по инструкции в приложении; гайд работает офлайн.
Чек и подтверждение
Подтверждение заказа и платёжный документ формируются в соответствии с применимым правом и направляются по контактам заказа. Отображаемая на витрине валюта может зависеть от языка интерфейса; фактическая валюта списания всегда указывается до оплаты.
Возврат
Условия возврата средств — в Политике возвратов. Если eSIM не выпущена или не работает по нашей вине — вернём деньги или бесплатно перевыпустим.

Payment methods
Available payment methods depend on the market and appear directly at checkout. If a method is not shown or its button is unavailable, it is not yet enabled for that purchase. The final amount, charge currency and payment provider are identified before confirmation.
Payment security
Payment credentials are entered in the interface of the provider identified before payment.
LetiSim does not ask by email or chat for a full card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, PIN or bank-message code.
We receive data needed to confirm, reconcile and refund a payment; see the Privacy Policy.
eSIM delivery
An eSIM is a digital product; no physical shipping is needed.
Issuance starts after payment confirmation. Once issuance succeeds, the QR, link and/or installation code become available in the app and are sent to the email provided where the order supports email delivery.
The order status shows whether payment was confirmed, issuance is in progress or the eSIM is ready. If issuance is delayed, you may close the screen and return to the order later.
Installation follows the in-app guide, which works offline.
Receipt and confirmation
Order confirmation and the applicable payment document are prepared under applicable law and sent using the order contact details. Storefront display currency may depend on the interface language; the actual charge currency is always stated before payment.
Refunds
Refund terms are in the Refund Policy. If an eSIM is not issued or does not work through our fault, we refund or re-issue it free of charge.
